Glass Gold Leaf Preparation:

• Wash and Clean any Dirt, wax and or grease off with Gilders Soap, Bonami.
• Always clean and dust free of lint.
• Flow water over glass to inspect for grease spots (water separates around grease or wax) if water flows over glass without spreading apart or spots separating, will indicate most likely that the glass is clean.

Metal Gold Leaf Preparation:

• Always clean and dust free of lint all surfaces.
• prime and paint wood surfaces
• when possible use ocher enamel to conceal pinhole in gold leaf

Wood Gold Leaf Preparation:

• Always clean and dust free of lint all surfaces.
